[Fitness] Shoulder Day

I Still managed to hit the gym on my busy day ..
My shoulder day ✌

SHOULDER are the most widely used muscle in our upper body. They function in almost every action. Our shoulder have almost 360 degrees of rotation.



Here is my workout today

Dumbbell shoulder press 15 x 4 set
Vipr clean and press 15 x 4 set
Cable reverse fly 15 x 4 set
Single arm cable side lateral raise 15 x 4 set
Lateral and Front raise Combo 15 x 4 set

For beginner you can try on lighter weight
You can increase the weight set by set =)
