[ Fitness ] About My Training

I hit the GYM every Monday to Thursday 

( if i don't have any event to attend )

Basically Monday will be my leg day

Tuesday will be Shoulder day

Wednesday will be Back day

and Thursday will be Chest and Abs day

I cardio 25-30min before my workout.

Then I will start lifting weight.

My total workout time will be around one and a half hours.

I have been working out for almost 7 months and I'm getting stronger than before.

I don't want to be skinny but FIT.

All I want is to be Fit and lean.

I am on my way to achieve my dream.

I will never give up !

I don't see my weight is dropping fast because I cheat everyday..hahaha ><

which mean I don't eat clean,

and I LOVE to eat! haha

But Guys, if you want a faster effect,

you have to eat clean.

Do not drink soft drinks and eat oily food and calculate your input calories.

The thing is sometimes you get lazy and feel like not doing anything,

but trust me when you start to hit the gym and start sweating,

you will love it.

Working out not only can let me maintain my body and health,

it also makes me feel Happy.

My toy!

Lifting can make you stronger but not bulk.

Let's start to be fit together today!

[ Event ] Milkcow Grand Opening @ IPC

First of all, I would like to congrats Mr Tan and Mr Low for the Grand Opening of their Milkcow @ IPC

This is the 5th Milkcow in Kl.

Milkcow basically come from Korea, so don't miss this if you are a K-pop fans.

Many of us feel fat when we eat ice cream, but don't worry about MILKCOW, because they use organic milk to make their ice cream so don't worry about the fats girls!

It's perfect when ice cream meet latte!

Believe me! 

Today they are giving out free ice cream to the public for celebrating their Grand Opening at IPC.

[ Movie Review ] 破风 (To The Fore)

这部电影真的很值得观赏，不但让我有了单车赛的知识，

还让我明白了有时候你要的你不一定做得到，反而你的强项能让你完成你的梦想。

发脾气和不折手段只会让你失败，

只有努力和加强在自己的强项能让你成功。

To The Fore is a sports-romance movie by Dante Lam that focuses

 on the friendships and love lives of four friends. 

All three are avid cyclists and they have entered a cycling competition;

 their toughest yet which will test their friendship.

This movie is very interesting because it talk about cyclists and you can

learn about the knowledge about cyclists. 

It definitely worth my 125min on it.

[ Food Review ] Yellow Brick Road @ Damansara Height

One Fine Sunday, Western kind of Brunch with my Favorite Couple.

We decided to try on this Cafe - Yellow Brick Road 

The name of the cafe is so interesting that make us imagine that we are eating at the yellow brick road.

Here is how it looks like, it's pretty normal, and is nothing with the Yellow Brick Road. ><"

I expect more than just a normal design cafe.

But their food is not bad.

Here is what we ordered today..

[ Food Review ] Ruyi and Lyn @ Bangsar Shopping Centre

Here is the mainstream meal Nowadays in KL.

They serve cute Mini Nasi Lemak, Mini Hainan Chicken Rice and Mini Mango Sticky Rice.

They are just too cute to eat them !!!

Ruyi and Lyn just open a month ago, it located at 4th floor @ Bangsar Shopping Centre.

They only accessible by one escalator at the back of the mall.

It is a very unique Asian Restaurant.

Before you enter to the main Dining hall, there is a lounge there to let you chill and relax.

Here is the walk way to enter the main hall.

Pickled Appetizer ( it tastes sour, so if you don't like sour you can refuse it)

Here is the Signature Ruyi's Sushi - RM43

The world's smallest sushi made up of Mini Nasi Lemak , Mini Mango Sticky Rice and Mini Hainan Chicken Rice.

Double boiled seafood coconut soup - RM42

This soup tastes very light and is unexpectedly good.

Fried Crab Meat

You can request for sauce, their sauce is very nice!

Oh! I also order Orange juice to refresh myself.

By the way, this is a *Pork-free Restaurant.
