I hit the GYM every Monday to Thursday
( if i don't have any event to attend )
Basically Monday will be my leg day
Tuesday will be Shoulder day
Wednesday will be Back day
and Thursday will be Chest and Abs day
I cardio 25-30min before my workout.
Then I will start lifting weight.
My total workout time will be around one and a half hours.
I have been working out for almost 7 months and I'm getting stronger than before.
I don't want to be skinny but FIT.
All I want is to be Fit and lean.
I am on my way to achieve my dream.
I will never give up !
I don't see my weight is dropping fast because I cheat everyday..hahaha ><
which mean I don't eat clean,
and I LOVE to eat! haha
But Guys, if you want a faster effect,
you have to eat clean.
Do not drink soft drinks and eat oily food and calculate your input calories.
The thing is sometimes you get lazy and feel like not doing anything,
but trust me when you start to hit the gym and start sweating,
you will love it.
Working out not only can let me maintain my body and health,
it also makes me feel Happy.

Lifting can make you stronger but not bulk.
