[Fitness] Back Workout

Back exercises are often prescribed effectively as an alternative to surgery. Doing daily back exercises can significantly reduce back pain related to a variety of common ailments.

Here is what I do for my Back =)

Dead lift 8 x 5 set
T bar row 15 x 4 set 
Bent over row 15 x 4 set
Close Grip seated cable row 20 x 3 set
Lap pull down 15 x 4 set 
Pullup 15 x 4 set
